# How do I create my company's account?

Select Start free on kinmu.app, choose Register a company and follow the steps to add your details, company and locations.

## On the web

1. ### Start the sign-up

   On kinmu.app, select **Start free** at the top of the page.

   You see “What would you like to do?”.

2. ### Choose Register a company

   Choose **Register a company** and select **Get started**.

3. ### Enter your details

   If offered, you can use your WhatsApp number instead of email.

   Complete **First name** and **Email**, tick the box to accept the terms of use after reading the privacy policy and select **Continue**.

   Kinmu sends you an activation code.

4. ### Enter the code

   Type the **6-digit activation code** you received.

   Kinmu checks the code and moves on to your company details.

5. ### Add your company

   Complete **Company name**, **Sector** and **Number of employees** and select **Continue**.

   You see “Where does your team work?”.

6. ### Add your locations

   Enter the **Address** of your **Head office**. Add other locations if needed, then select **Continue**.

   Your work schedule appears.

7. ### Review the work schedule

   Keep the proposed schedule with **Continue** or adjust it with **Edit the work schedule**.

   The extension selection opens.

8. ### Choose the extensions

   In **What would you like to turn on?**, choose the extensions and select **Continue**, or select **Skip and set this up later**. Each chosen extension has its own setup screen.

9. ### Go to your account

   Select **Go to my account**.

   Your company’s Kinmu account opens.

## If you don't see it

- If you see “This email already has a Kinmu account. Log in to continue.”, sign in with that email instead of creating another account.
- If you see “The code is invalid or has expired.”, select **Send a new one** under “Didn't get the code?”.
- In the mobile app, **Create an account** takes you to the browser to finish the sign-up there.

### Can I change the work schedule later?

### Can I turn on extensions later?

Yes. Every extension can be turned on or off later in **My company** › **Extensions**.
