# How do I turn an extension on or off?

Choose which extensions your company uses in My company › Extensions.

## On the web

1. ### Open the extensions

   In **My company**, open **Extensions**. Each extension has a card and a switch showing its current state.

2. ### Read the details

   Open the card's information button. Its description explains the feature and, where available, where to configure it.

3. ### Change its state

   Use the switch on the extension's card to activate or deactivate it. After a successful update, the switch reflects the new state. Configure its settings section if the extension has one.

## If you don’t see it

- You need **Manager** or **Global Admin**. If an update fails, the switch returns to its previous state and an error appears.

## Common questions

### Is there a separate Save button?

No. The switch sends the change immediately.

### Does activation configure every option?

No. Extensions with settings have a separate configuration section. Follow the card's information to find it.

## Result

The extension’s switch shows its new state.
