# How do I update my company's details and logo?

Edit the company name, details and image in My company › Company data.

## On the web

1. ### Open the company details

   In **My company**, open **Company data**. The current details and logo appear.

2. ### Update the fields

   Edit **Legal name**, **NIF / Tax ID**, **Industry**, **Default language** or **Number of employees** as needed. Keep the company name filled in. The edited values appear in the form.

3. ### Choose a logo

   Select **Upload logo**, or **Change logo** if one is already set. Choose a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP file up to 5 MB. A preview appears.

4. ### Save the changes

   Select **Save Changes**. A confirmation appears and the updated company details are saved.

## If you don’t see it

- You need **Manager** or **Global Admin**. Saving is enabled only when something has changed.

## Common questions

### Must I upload a new logo to edit the name?

No. Change only the fields you need and save.

### Why is my image rejected?

Check the file type and the 5 MB size limit.

## Result

A confirmation appears and the updated company details are saved.
