# I forgot my password. How do I sign in?

Kinmu has no passwords. Enter your registered email or phone on the sign-in screen, select Continue and enter the six-digit code.

1. ### Open the sign-in screen

   Open Kinmu on the web or in the app. The screen asks for your email or phone, not a password.

2. ### Request your code

   Enter the contact detail registered with your company. For a phone number, check the country calling code. Select **Continue**. The next screen shows where the code was sent.

3. ### Enter the six digits

   Read the email, WhatsApp message or SMS indicated on screen and enter the code. Kinmu checks it and takes you to the next screen for your account.

- If the contact detail is not registered, ask your company to confirm the email or phone on your profile.

## Common questions

### Can I reset my password?

No. Kinmu uses sign-in codes, so there is no password to change.

### Can I use my phone number?

Yes, where phone sign-in is available, using the number registered with your company. The screen tells you whether delivery uses WhatsApp or SMS.
