How do I switch between companies?
Use Switch company in your avatar menu to open another company.
On this page
On the web
Open the selector
Open your avatar menu and select Switch company. Your available companies appear.
Open in KinmuChoose the company
Select the company you want to work in. Kinmu loads that company’s dashboard.
On the app
Choose another company
In the app, tap the company name in the header, then select another company. The header updates after the switch.

If you don’t see it
- The selector only appears when your account belongs to more than one company.
Common questions
Are my records combined?
No. The selected company determines the records and settings you see.
Why is a company missing?
Ask its administrator to check that your account has access to it.
Result
The company name in the interface matches the company you selected.
