Common questions

Does this decide who can open the calendar?

These switches control who appears inside it. Access to open the calendar is a separate company permission. Being able to open the calendar and having your absences shown in it are different things. For employees, being hidden also removes access. The company can additionally reserve access for managers.

Can I show someone from a hidden team?

The individual switch is not available while the team is hidden. Enable visibility for the location and team before changing the employee’s setting.

Result

The saved settings determine which people appear, together with the calendar’s location and team filters.
