Someone didn't get their invitation. How do I resend or cancel it?
Resend an invitation or make its link invalid in Users › Invitations.

Find the invitation
In Users Open in Kinmu , open Invitations. Search for the person and check their contact details and status. The matching invitation appears.
Choose the action
Open the row’s action menu. Select Resend invitation to send it again, or Delete invitation to cancel it. A confirmation dialog opens.
Confirm the action
For a resend, select Send. For cancellation, select Delete. Kinmu reports the result, and a deleted invitation disappears from the list.
If you don’t see it
- If you see This number cannot receive WhatsApp messages, use another number or invite by email. If the invitation shows Expired, resend it. You need access to Users.
Common questions
Does resending prove that it arrived?
No. Check the delivery status and ask the recipient to check the relevant inbox, including spam.
Can the old invitation still be used after cancellation?
No. Deleting the invitation makes it invalid. This action concerns the invitation, not an active person’s account.
Result
Kinmu reports the result, and a deleted invitation disappears from the list.
