What happens when my company's trial ends or its account is suspended?

Read the account notice and ask the global administrator to open Billing on the web.

On this page

On the web

  1. Read the account notice

Open Home. The notice explains the restriction. Unavailable menu entries stay visible but disabled.

  2. Open billing as the global administrator

Open Billing Open in Kinmu on the web. Other users should contact the company’s global administrator. The billing header shows the account state.

  3. Follow the available action

Use Activate subscription if offered for the trial, Resolve payment for a suspended subscription, or Reactivate subscription for a canceled one. Complete the steps in Stripe. Billing shows the resulting state when it updates.

If you don’t see it

  • Billing is only available to the global administrator on the web, not in the mobile app.
  • A company without an available billing action needs support.

Common questions

What remains accessible?

Home and My account remain in the menu. In My account, a confirmed restriction shows the notice and account deletion. Company administrators and global administrators also keep read-only clock-in records with export. Billing remains exclusive to the global administrator.

Can employees keep clocking in?

Service restrictions block clock-in. Employees see a notice directing them to their administrator.

Result

The billing status indicates whether the restriction has been lifted. Returning from Stripe alone does not confirm reactivation.
